MISSION STATEMENT AND VISION: The Harbor Charter School will ensure student academic achievement with a rigorous academic program that infuses character education, physical wellness, and the arts. The Harbor Science and Arts Charter School is a co-educational school for more than 200 students grades one through eight. The mission of the Harbor Science and Arts Charter School is to develop productive citizens through academic rigor, character development and physical wellness, by creating a learning environment where children from low-income families use technology to support a hands-on curriculum that integrates math, science and technology with the arts.
