shut down procedure

• come to console
• select all students (using Grouping if needed)
• now go to group A
• and choose SHUT DOWN
• make sure SAVE ALLOWED is NOT checked
• this shuts off all 17 machines
• leave server runner
• shut screen off (nothing else)

next morning

• power on the 17 machines
• turn on the monitor for the server
• done
